• It was a wonderful vacation spot for my family and I. We loved every minute and didnt want to leave. This is my 3rd year working with Tim and i couldn't be happier with the rentals he has found for our family. The view from the front porch and almost anywhere in the house is breath taking. Kitchen is spacious and updated. Loved every minute!!

• I have spent 8 months of the last 2 years renting this vacation home and am headed back to it for a week just for a quick vacation (from Seattle) The location can not be beat! Nothing but ocean on the horizon with a park just down the steps and total pier view. Easy walk to everything you could need, donuts, pizza, sushi, fine dining, movie theatre, etc. A 5 minute drive to a full grocery store. 1 hr from disney, 45 mins to sea world, 45 mins to the wild animal park, 1.5 hrs to Downtown LA, 2 hours to Palm Springs, 30 minutes to Torrey Pines. As to the accommodations, the owners of the property (ive met) are delightful folks who really care about their visitors. Small complex with great neighbors. Remodel of bathrooms and kitchen add modern touches. Nice, big patio to tan and relax. 2 full bath, 3 bed. The windows are a bit old and the noise can be quite loud in the back bedrooms when the garbage man comes or the neighbors in the alley have weekend parties. Garage to park 2 cars is a huge plus. There are steps into the unit from the street and the garage. (if you are handicap or have strollers take note) The linens are bit meager as are all supplies. Bring your own with you so you are not caught without the essentials. TP, Detergent, water, etc. I find this condo/location to be the best value in town. Not the ritz but everything you need in an updated space in the best part of the beach. I keep coming back with my family, which speaks for itself. Its the next best thing to owning a place there myself!

• A nice family-friendly condo. Updated kitchen, great deck overlooking the ocean. Close to beach, park, pier, and downtown. Convenient parking under unit. Tim was responsive to our needs.
